Xyron Halloween Treat Bag with I Love October Card Video

Hey all! Halloween is just around the corner! I couldn't resist making some cute Halloween treat bags. I wanted to be sure that they would stay together for kids, so what better adhesive to use than my Xyron Creative Station Lite?!?! I love mine!

Xyron has to be the strongest adhesive that I have found. I have lived in dry climates and humid climates. Either climate Xyron adhesive has always been the best and kept everything where it is supposed to be... stuck together :)

I HAD to use the new Cooper Foil that I received from Xyron for the project. I LOVE their foil! It is so easy. It went so well! Even though it says copper it is perfect for a nice fall/Halloween foil to go with all my projects!

I adhered the foil onto some white cardstock then cut it out with die cuts.

You will see in the video that I used my Xyron Creative Station Lite to adhere everything together. Even the ribbon on the matching card.

Of course, I had to make a card to go with the Halloween treat bags. Since we have not been in the neighborhood that long what a great way to introduce or say hello to your neighbors.

Yes, I did say that I had adhered even the ribbon to the card with my Xyron Creative Station Lite, which includes the bow as well.

I love how when I use my Xyron Creative Station Lite to adhere the bows onto my projects that I am able to position and place my bow exactly the way that I want it to look.

Here is the video on how I colored the Pumpkin Mellow if you are interested:

The Copic Colors I used are:

  • Pumpkin: YR02, 09, 12, 15,18

  • Stem: YG61, 63, 67

  • Mellow: C00, 1

Here is the video on how I assembled the Halloween Treat Bag & The card:

Card measurements are:

  • Black Cardstock 4.25 x 11 (folded to 4.25 x 5.5)

  • Pumpkin Spice Cardstock: 5.25 x 4

  • Orange Striped Patterned Paper: 5 x 3.75

  • White Cardstock: 4.5 x 3.25
