Hangover Hanna - Doctor Digi's House Of Stamps

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hey all! My sister in law's birthday was on the 11th. I wanted to post this later in case she didn't get the card in time. I didn't want her to see in on here or social media. You have to know my sister in law to really grasp why I picked out this stamp for her. She is probably one of the busiest work at home moms I know. Not only does she homeschool, she runs a fundraising foundation (starfish fundraising getting clean water for Ethiopia), but she also does a lot of events and volunteering for church. Then put all the wife and mom duties on top of that. Yeah... busy!!  So I know the stamp is called Hangover Hanna... but I think it could go as exhausted mom too haha!!!

Doctor Digi has a LOT of fantastic stamps, and the man that makes them is very, very nice! I love using his stuff and boasting about him, because he is amazing. His artwork is always going to make you laugh and smile no matter what he draws. You can find a stamp for almost every occasion if not all of them.

I have really been on a Oatmeal Cookie cardstock kick as you can probably tell, but I really like the look of it. Plus, it is a little different and fun if you don't use white all the time... right?

I used 3 different patterned papers and cut them at different sizes. I just made sure they could go through the middle part of the Rubbernecker Stamps Nested Banner die cut.  Now, if you want the banner cut just like this you have to do this twice, once for each side.

As you can see from this photo, I first ran the cardstock through the Crossover II to cut the oval. I used the Rubbernecker Stamps Nested Oval Small Stitch die cuts. At first I was not going to run it through with an embossing folder or put any glitter on it like I did. But without it the card looked a little plain, gotta have some texture.

So after I cut that out and realized I was in need of some texture on the card I ran the oval through the tiny embossing boutique with the Decorative Dots folder (I know, I am sorry it is retired but I LOVE IT)

The last thing I did was added some rhinestones and I also added the "Bravo" sentiment. I am sorry but I have a box of just random sentiments sitting by my desk so that I have them handy and don't have to search stamp sets for the right sentiment that I like, so I really have no idea where it came from but I am pretty sure that it came from Stampin' Up! haha!

The Copic Markers I used are:

  • E000, 00, 04, 11, 21, R20

  • R81, 83, 85

  • C1, 2, 3

  • B000, 01,02

  • E41, 42, E09

  • RV10, 13, 21

If you do make anything with this stamp or anything from Doctor Digi's House Of Stamps, please feel free to share them with Doctor Digi on his Facebook HERE. 1. I immediately thought this could be a cookie and then as I read your post, saw that it was "oatmeal" cookie - yum! Well done :-)
